International School has 33 staff, including 8 professors and associate professors, 19 postgraduates and more than 20 foreign teachers and educators from Europe, the United States, Australia, Korea, Japan and so on. The school has 3 international cooperative programs with Australia , Singapore and France respectively, 3 full-time vocational majors: Business Japanese, Tourism Japanese and Applied Korean, 712 students and more than 100 international students each year. The school has 6 workshops inside the campus and 5 practical bases outside.
The school has set the majors of Tourism Management and Hospitality Management with Australian Institute of Tourism and Hospitality, International Business and Logistics Management with PSB Academy and International Business with Universite de Paris 13. The cooperative programs are characterized by adopting original foreign textbooks, more than 70% foreign courses, foreign teachers lecturing and offering students the choices of graduating home or abroad. Up to now, the programs have admitted more than 446 students, 72 of whom have gone abroad for their further studies.
The school cooperates with many foreign universities and colleges, such as Kansai University of International Studies of Japan and Jeonju University of Korea to develop the 3 full-time vocational majors ( Business Japanese, Tourism Japanese and Applied Korean ) by freely exchanging students and offering undergraduate courses, having benefited 45 students, who have gone to Japan or Korea for their further studies. Tourism Japanese has been chosen into the Tourism Management Specialty Group, which is financially supported by the Central Government, and Business Japanese is the model specialty of the college.
The school has trained more than 800 international students by cooperating with foreign colleges and training agencies, such as Yeungjin College and Jaineung College of Korea. In addition, the school offers all kinds of language and vocational skills training to the society to serve the local economic development.
