Haier School has 5 majors: Business Management(Household Appliances), Mechanical & Electrical Integration, Numerical Control Techniques, Moulding Designing and Manufacture, Electrical Automation, among which Business Management(Household Appliances), Mechanical & Electrical Integration are the key majors of National Exemplary Vocational Colleges.
　 Haier School has 54 staff, including 19 professors and associate professors, 8 technician certificate holders, 8 vocational skills examiners, many have taken relevant advanced courses home and abroad and more than 300 part-time lecturers are appointed from Haier and many other companies.
　 The school has more than 20 workshops concerning hydraulic techniques, pneumatic techniques and central air-conditioning etc., totally occupying 4,000 m 2 , National Vocational Education Bases of NC Techniques and Electrician & Electronic and Automation Techniques. The school cooperates with companies and builds more than 12 training bases such as Haier Group, which provide great convenience for the students practice.
　 The school attaches great importance to the students ' innovative ability, enabling the students to gain many provincial honors. The employment rate of students is always regarded as the first indicator of work. In the past several years, more than 60 graduated students who work in Haier Group were promoted to managers or directors, and well paid. Nearly 30% of the Excellent Alumni are from the School.
