Management School offers four majors including Computerized Accounting, Marketing, International Business and Property Management, with over 1000 full-time students. The School has 44 teaching staff including 1 professor, 11 associate professors and 13 teachers with master degrees. In addition, a lot of experienced experts act as its part-time professors.
　Management School lays stress on professional courses construction and teaching reform, building a curriculum combined with working and learning and a student-centered teaching mode. By the recent years' efforts, 14 provincial and college model programs have been recognized, among which Computerized Accounting is provincial model major, Marketing is financed by the local government, 7 courses are provincial and college models, 4 teaching programs are college teaching reform models and 1 training base is a college model.
　 The school focuses on developing students' professional abilities and qualities to carry forward the talents-cultivating mode of Teaching & Training in the Practical Situations, Coupling the College with the Community . The school cooperates with enterprises, industries and governments by signing agreements with 16 enterprises. The school has set up many training bases in the enterprises, including the Bank of Communications( Qingdao ), Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd. Marketing Branch, Qingdao House Property Group etc ， to train students practical abilities and enable them to work as "employees" before graduation.
　 The school pays attention to the employment instruction very much. It always regards the employment rate and quality as the key to education. It has established an employment leading group, forming a working system. All the members keep instructing the employment three years, putting forward a principle of combining practice with employment, which has promoted employment rate greatly. In the past few years, the rate of employment is over 95%, and the employment quality rises year by year.
　 The school emphasizes the exchange and cooperation with domestic and international colleges and universities. It cooperates with Ocean University of China to build postgraduates training base, with the University of Qingdao to build the adult education base. In addition, it builds a friendly cooperative relation with Shih Chien University and SEDAYA of Malaysia.
