School of Adult Education , located in 2 Guokou Road , Shibei District which is the city center, is the Middle Center of QTC. It undertakes the adult education and continuing education. The school, the former location of Qingdao Workers University , was the first to offer adult education. There have been more than 20,000 graduates in the past 20 years. It is one of Continuing Education Bases of Qingdao Personnel Bureau, the training school for the accountants authorized by Qingdao Financial Bureau, and one member of Qingdao Continuing Education Association.
　 There are 11 majors: Legal Affairs ， Marketing ， Economy Management ， Business Administration ， International Economy and Trade ， Computerized Accounting ， Secretary ， Business English , Computer Applied Technology, Technology for Mechanical & Electrical Integration , Applied Electronic Technology. The school is now cooperating with many other institutions and universities to expand the development, which includes 13 partners: Sifang Locomotive Technical School , Senior Technician School , Employment Training Center of Qingdao, Bird Group of Peking University etc., to offer 19 majors such as Numerical Control Techniques, the Design and production of Mould. Meanwhile, the school cooperates with the Jiangnan University and Chongqing University on distance education of bachelor degree.
　 There are various training courses in the school, for example, accountant continuing education, community training, high school students training, adult entrance exam training, professional skills training and many other training programs. There are 6,000 people attended the training programs annually.
　 The school has 40 teaching staff altogether, with the braches of Office, General Affairs, Project Office, Educational Administration Training and Teaching and Research.
