On May 19, the opening ceremony of the Sino-German training class for the teachers of electronic technology speciality from vocational and technical colleges of the country was held in No.353 Classroom in Wendao Building . Vice-President Qin Chuan and Vice-President Kong Xiansi attended the ceremony and gave speeches.

　　On 12, May, Supervisory Department, Department of Students' Affairs, and Management Department of Xiyuan Center as well as Department of Tourrism and Foreign Affairs, Information Department, Haire Department and other related departments held the meeting for the preparation of the Sino-German training class and made detailed division for it. On 18th, Song Rong, an expert from Shenzhen Polytechnic, Heiber, an expert of Germany , and the German interpreter together with the teachers of electronic technology speciality from vocational and technical colleges all arrived at QTC.

　　This training class will lasts for 9 days. The participants of the training class are teachers from ten vocational and technical colleges, who will make discussion and exchange of curriculum development with the guidance of the Sino-German experts.

　　In 2008, QTC will host the training classes respectively in May and December.
