Under the guidance of Mr. Jan and Ms Sandra, the four groups from Tourism Management, Leisure Management, Logistics Management and Software Technology made professional competency anatomy at the third day of the second phase of Nuffic Training on May 9. Mr. Jan participated in the discussion of every group and gave necessary instructions and directions, which help every group to refine the core professional competence on their specific major. Taking the Software Technology as an example, Mr. Jan introduced how to refine of core competence and the ways to summarize core competence from skills. Each group selected a representative to make a penetrating report about what they have done for their major. Mr. Jan affirmed the advances and progress the trainees have made.
